By accessing and using the App Plan by Zorentia service ("Service"), operated by Zorentia Product Studio Pty Ltd (ACN [688 343 482] , "Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zorentia Product Studio Pty Ltd, governed by Australian law.

App Plan by Zorentia is an AI-powered strategic planning platform that helps entrepreneurs and developers create detailed roadmaps for their app ideas through guided interviews and automated analysis.

Service includes:

• Interactive app idea development process with strategic questioning
• AI-generated strategic roadmaps, feature prioritization, and business insights
• Implementation phase recommendations and validation strategies
• Export capabilities for your strategic plans and roadmaps
• Account management and progress tracking features

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Australian law to use this Service.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

Account Uniqueness: You may only create and maintain one account unless explicitly authorized by us in writing.

Free Account Limits: Free accounts are limited to creating 2 app strategic plans. Additional plans may be available through paid subscription tiers when launched.

Fair Use Requirements: You agree to use our Service responsibly and not to:

• Submit spam, irrelevant, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI algorithms or methodologies
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create multiple plans or accounts
• Share account credentials with other individuals or organizations
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Overload our systems or attempt to gain unauthorized access

Your Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of your app ideas, business concepts, and responses submitted to our platform. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and use your content solely to provide our services.

Our Service and Technology: The Service, including our strategic methodology, AI integration, user interface, algorithms, and generated insights framework, is owned by Zorentia Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Generated Roadmaps: You own the specific roadmaps and strategic plans generated for your app ideas, but the underlying templates, methodologies, and analytical frameworks remain our intellectual property.

Restrictions on Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize our Service, methodologies, or any portion thereof without our prior written consent.

AI Technology Limitations: Our roadmaps and strategic insights are generated using artificial intelligence technology and should be considered professional guidance and suggestions, not definitive business advice or guarantees of success.

No Warranty of Accuracy: While we strive for quality, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations for your specific business circumstances.

Professional Consultation: For significant business decisions, investments, or legal matters, you should consult with qualified professionals including business advisors, lawyers, and industry experts.

Market Validation Required: AI recommendations do not replace proper market research, user validation, competitive analysis, and due diligence processes.

Confidentiality Commitment: We treat your app ideas and business information as confidential and proprietary. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details on data handling.

Third-Party Processing: Your ideas may be processed by reputable third-party AI services to generate insights, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

No Public Disclosure: We will never publicly share, sell, or disclose your specific app ideas, business plans, or strategic information without your explicit written consent.

You agree not to use our Service to develop, plan, or promote:

• Apps or services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes under Australian or applicable international law
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks
• Applications involving hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or violence
• Services designed to deceive, defraud, or cause harm to users
• Apps that violate privacy laws or exploit personal data inappropriately
• Any content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or community standards

Service Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation due to factors beyond our control.

Maintenance and Updates: We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or improvements, typically with advance notice.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of our Service with reasonable notice to users when practical.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

• Your app ideas, content, or any resulting applications you develop
• Infringement of third-party rights through your use of our Service
• Any breach of applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of our Service

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings or contacting us directly.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for other legitimate business reasons, with notice where practical.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Data Export: Before termination, you may export your app plans and strategic roadmaps for your records.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

International Users: By using our Service from outside Australia, you consent to the application of Australian law and jurisdiction.

Good Faith Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes in good faith.

Mediation: For significant disputes, we may agree to participate in mediation through a recognized Australian dispute resolution service.

Small Claims: Nothing prevents you from pursuing claims in small claims courts where jurisdiction and claim limits allow.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:
